Whoever Photoshopped those sure earned his money.
I bet he spent two days on each image.
On the bright side she's still accessible, all you would probably need is an eight ball, a carton of cigarettes, a bottle of cheap vodka, and a visit to a local jewelry store to warm her up with a little light shoplifting.
